The team at PhytoFamily Farms has been applying and refining these methods for over a decade.  The methods we are applying come from thousands of years of humans observing nature and finding ways to mimic and optimize her patterns. 

Technological innovations over the last three centuries have allowed humans to scale many behaviors to unhealthy levels. These same technologies applied differently can reduce the cost of farming, reduce the harm of drought, and increase the carbon content of the land over 5-15 years to “premium farm” levels. Our approach is to reengineer the idea of a factory farm to industrialize the production of healthy soil and quality plant products while fostering the ecosystem’s own ability to heal.
